Can you help me? "We need to balance the quality of life between the rich and the poor". Explain and write an argumentation on how to achieve the balance.

What I have done:
-Because there are less resources in the world, we want the rich countries to consume less ( for example they spend money on things we don't need)
-We want poor country to improve their situation because there are poor and can't live with a correct quality of life (they can't have water every day for example)
- That's why we need to balance the quality of life between the rich and the poor. We want everyone to have equal ressources.

To achieve the balance:
-Rich countries must help poor countries : donations
