Salut, la prof nous a demandé de rédiger un blog sur un de nos voyages
(destination au choix), du coup j'ai fait ça :

Hey, I’m back and you know what? I have spent 10 days in a very beautiful
city: Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). I’m sure that you won’t get bored by reading
this article because my adventures were scarier and much more fun.
Well, let’s start with a very important point, which is the Hotel. Last
time, I’ve told you that I found a very good hotel which was cheap and near
to the city center.
The Asian manager was extremely racist and refused to check me in even when
I had a guaranteed fully paid reservation. I had to wait for 5 hours before
he would check me in. After that, I went to the room and you won’t guess what has happened to
me. The shared toilets, yes I said the SHARED TOILETS were messy and had
hair all over. The rooms had linen that were barely washed and was stinky.
I had to use my towels as bed spreads to sleep. I would never go there again, I advice all of you against going there. The
cheapness and the location are attractive but trust me you are getting
ripped off.
The next day, I’ve swam in the Rio de Janeiro’s beach : Copacabana, and it
was the best swim of my life. The beach was clean; the water was extremely
clear and guess what? I met my old best friend: Meryem! Do you remember
her? She was with me when I wrote the first article in this website about
some tips to organize a trip. However, she told me that she lives in Mexico
and she suggested me to stay with her and I’ve agreed.
During the trip, I’ve visited the Christo Redentor, the National Historical
museum , the botanical garden where I saw all sorts of exotic flowers and
plants. After that, I went to the Maracana Stadium, it was a great
experience.
In Brazil, People celebrate Carnival in February or March. Every region has
its own festival, but Carnival in Rio is the most famous. Millions of
people go to it and I had the chance to be a part of these millions of
people. I0t lasts 4 days and I can say that during the Carnival time, Rio
is the most exciting city in the world, but it is also one of the most
expensive—Hotels and Taxis cost four times as much as usual but that’s
because Rio has the most spectacular carnival in the World!
