Bonjour ! je ne suis pas douée en anglais et j'aimerai des avis et si possible de l'aide pour arranger mes phrases et que mon texte soit plus vivant :

Le sujet était : décrire à une amie notre nouveau professeur d'anglais (grâce à des informations qu'il nous avait données pendant le cours)

My English teacher is born in France; he has fifty-four years.
He teaches since thirty years in senior High school and junior High school in America and today in France.
I know that often go to America surely with his wife and his children but I don’t know how he takes animals! He has two dogs and four cats!
The passion side he said like golf “but it’s too easy” and he likes many style of music but that depends on his mood, except for rap and metal.
After he loves detective books like Sherlock Homes and science fiction books like the Lord of the Rings.
But he loves food!
