1- It has probably been written by the tourism office
2- Their goal (leur but) was to give informations to tourists because its a famous carnival in London and they want to help tourists
3- What I find specially cool is that you listen to Caribbean music all day long, you eat Caribbean specialities , it's free and it happens only once a year.
4- The thing I don't like is the crowd. I'm a bit claustrophobic. And sometimes I panic when there are too much people around me
