For my Expedition, I would travel through the Scottish Highlands with a small team for a couple of days. The Highlands are notorious of its harsh cold weather and rough terrain. I would use that opportunity to hone my teamwork and navigational skills because traversing through such an environment requires both of them to be excellent.
For Skill, I would learn how to practice first-aid. Having knowledge on how to treat a human being is a very useful skill in every situation wherever you are. It might also help me in some careers, in the military or in medicine.
For Physical, I would learn basic self-defense techniques. Knowing how to protect yourself is a vital tool, not just for a career but, for life in general. You never know when you find yourself in mortal danger.
For Volunteering, I would volunteer to help the homeless. Reducing the homeless in a country's population increases the overall happiness and prosperity of the country. You would also feel better about yourself when helping the poor and needy.
