I am Mog the cat and I will tell you all about how I spend Christmas
My family went to bed early ; leaving the turkey in the oven for next day's Christmas meal .
I also fell asleep ; but suddenly I was woken by a acrid smell of smoke : the turkey dish was burning . How could rhey sleep ? They had not smelt the smoke.
I tried to open the oven's door but it resist me . I thought of the emergency number , and tried to dial the fire brigade : could they arrive in time ?
The heat in the kichen was unbearable and all the kitchenware was breaking one after the other.
Then I thought of the Christmas tree with all the lights ; I had to unplug the light string because with the heat it could set the tree in fire.
I succeeded and brought the string ouside , at this moment the fire engine saw it and could save the house and the family.
Everybody congratulated me and promised me medals and eggs but the house was devastated ; the eggs had all burst ; the turket completely burnt and the family started to weep
Luckily all the neighbours came with something to eat and we all had a very merry Christmas party.
