Bonsoir :) J'ai besoin d'aide pour corriger mon texte en Anglais, je dois faire part à un correspondant américain de mon stage de 3ème. Merci d'avance ! (stage dans une école spécialisée pour handicapés moteurs)

Dear Matthew,

I did an intership at Maurice Coutrot Center, where child and teenagers got medical care and took classes. I thought it would be exciting but when the day finally arrived, I remember I spent most of it crying. Why ? It was really nervous because I had to be patient and adapted myself to their disabilities. « It’s just a matter of time, you have to be brave ». I was scared, but, at least that's what I was thinking.
I worked with children and I got friendly with them, over time. Torture had become a pleasure and now I miss them. I finally understood the purpose of this hard-work and its result. Even so, i don’t want to work there in the futur.
So, you were telling me about your internship ?

I did an internship at Maurice Coutrot Center where children and teenagers can receive medical care and have an education, too. 
I thought it would be exciting but , when the very first day began, I spent most of it crying.
Why ? I was feeling really nervous because you need to be patient and Ihave to adapt yourself to their disabilities. " It's just a matter of time, you have to be brave", I was quite scared but that's what I was thinking because I had no choice, I had to do it., for them as for me
I worked with those children and I got friendly with them , I adapt myself to them over time.
What seemed to be a torture became a pleasure. and now I miss them. I finally understood the purpose of this hard-work and its results.
Even so, I won't work any more in that kind of structure in the future.

So, and what about your internship ?

PS: tu devrais dire dès le début que le centre M.C prend en charge des enfants et ado en garnde difficultés psychiques. En fait je n'ai pas compris s'il avaient simplement du retard, étaient atteint de trisomie 21 .......Je pense que ça serait bien de le dire au début. The Maurice Coutrot Center welcom children and teen-agers ........
