B: Good morning, what are you doing here, you usually work from your home?
X : Yes, it's easier for me. As I have to work by phone calls with India and Europe, I can adapt myself to their working hours. Why don't you do so ?
B : I can't. I have to work with our team here. I'm the boss. Who would get in charge all the teams. I have to coordinate all the teams from here
X : I understand. But now you understand as well why I really have to work from home. Sometimes, I have to get up very early or wait till night to reach them on the phone. Unless, you allow me to travel from place to place !
B: No X !! That would be too expensive. I understand your point of view and really understand your point of view
