the ad is intended to shock us , but I find it too plain.
To my mind this message is not effective and useless.
Advertisers would like us to react and throw our buts straight to the bin. There's a little part of humour when they write "even wearing lipstick". Some women could even see that as a misogynous thought...Of course their purpose is to keep Britain tidy.
This ad leaves me cold. There are much more to do. I think they should have, for example, written how long it takes for a but to disappear completely.
It takes two years, five years for a chewing gum !!!! I really think this would have been more persuasive, a bit more striking and more disturbing. Humour has no place in that kind of ad.
J'espère que c'est à peu près ce qu'il fallait faire. S'inspirer des phrases et donner son avis .
