Ingredients (4 people)
ThymeSaltGround pepper2 cloves garlic2 courgettes500 g of ripe tomatoes1 eggplant5 cl of olive oil
Step 1 :
Rub a gratin dish with the garlic and oil it with olive oil.Cut the tomatoes and courgettes into thin strips.
2ND STEP :Thinly egg the eggplant
STEP 3:Arrange the vegetables in a dish, with the inside face facing up, so that the juice does not leak.
