Hello !
Food is something everyone has to eat in order to survive, but we all want to or like to eat something which gives us a lot of pleasure. My favorite food is Biryani. When I was young I had not developed a taste for Biryani and I did not like the spices in it, but as the time progressed I started loving Biryani. I eat Biryani every week and if I do not eat biryani I do not feel goof and there is a kind of emptiness in my life. :p
Good Luck.
;)
Hi !!
I love spicy food....everything coming from India or Asia, specially Vietnamese food more than Chinese food. It's more delicate.....with a lot of coriander.....
Indian food is very different if it comes from North India or South India. I prefer the south Indian food. Much more vegetables and fishes. And the curries are different from the north.Curry is a mixture of different spices. They often cook curries with coco milk in South India.
I like Thai food as well, but be careful.....it sometimes very very spicy. So if you go in A Thai restaurant, ask before !! Most of the time, on the menu, it's written "spicy" with some signs telling you how much it is !! But it's really delicious...lots of coriander as well !!
And I was about to forget something so good coming mainly from Senegal . It's called "Thieboudienne (ceebu jën in Wolof meaning fish and rice). It is made of fish and rice of course, and also cassava (manioc) , carrots, tomato sauce, onions, cabbage and then it depends who prepares it.....each one has his own recipe.
Eating foreign foods is as travelling in those countries... And I am dreaming to go to India and other Asian countries.
Bonne soirée !!
