1) i think people don't need have to put/should have a sugery.. the nice way they can do is to accept who they are
2) they dont need because they are already created to be beautiful and handsome in short you just need to be contented to your looks
3) someday 1 person can see the real beauty or handsome of a person
4) sugery is not good for the looks sometimes because it's more good to be simple and don't put a surgery
