If were VIP, I would use my money to build a school, buy books, employ teachers to teach children. If I didn't have so much money, I would use my words to encourage children to learn. But it depends also on the government. Many children in many countries in the world have to pay taxes to go to school. That means many poor families don't even have a chance to send their children to school. And that problem increases illiteracy. If I worked for the government, I would stop collecting taxes to decrease illiteracy.
