J'ai un exposé a faire sur un plat indien, pourriez vous me le corrigez s'il vous plait car j'ai peur d'avoir fait des fautes ( n'utilisez pas Google Traduction et soyez honnête ;) )

Samoussa has been a popular dish in the indian subcontinent for centuries. They are donuts of triangular shapes, consisting of a dough of wheat a stuffing that is most commonly made with meat, vegetables, spices, chili, tumeric and also coriander. So to make ground meat samosas and vegetables, you have to :
_ 400 g minced meat
_ 2 onions
_ 1 garlic clove
_ 1 bunch of coriander
_ 1 red pepper
_ 2 eggs
_ 1 teaspoon ground cumin
_ 1 teaspoon sweet pepper
_ 9 sheets of brick
_ frying oil
_ salt and pepper
You can then enjoy them with a mint sauce or a yaghurt and onion sauce
