How can I simplify this fraction

Hello,
2⅓ × 4½ / 6
These are fractional writings.. For example, 2 is the quotient ; 3 is the divisor and 1 is the rest. Same for 4.. To find the initial number, you multiply 2 by 3 then you add 1.
2â…“ = 2 Ă— 3 + 1 = 7
4½ = 4 × 2 + 1 = 9
7 Ă— 9/6 = 7 Ă— 3/2 = ( 7 Ă— 3 ) / 2 = 21/2
Have a nice day ! :-)
