1) Hello! Today we are going to talk about our travel project. For our travel project, we will go to Turin and Rome from Sunday 6 Th, January to Thursday 10 Th, January. We’ve chosen this country and these cities because Italy is a splendid country and there are lots of things to visit in these cities. For our travel, we will visit lots of monuments, and we will discover the national gastronomy and heritage. We will leave Cahors by bus on Saturday 5th, January at 9.30 pm, and we will arrive in Toulouse at 11.pm. Then we will take the bus to the company Flixbus from Toulouse to Turin at 11.10 pm, and we will arrive the next day at around midday. It will cost €61 per person. When we will arrive in Turin, we will walk for thirty minutes toward the Egyptian Museum and during our way, we will eat in a restaurant. We’ve chosen to visit the Egyptian Museum of Turin because it’s the second largest Egyptian Museum in the world. We will visit this museum for three hours until 4.00 pm. We will, can see sarcophagus es, papyrus es, and statues.
2) The ticket will cost €9 per person. After the museum, we will walk around ten minutes to the Royal Palace. We will, can see the royal armory, the Sabauda galleries, and the Antiquity Museum. We’ve chosen the Royal Palace because there are many positives opinions on websites. After visiting the Royal Palace, we will eat in an Italian restaurant. We will eat spaghetti bolognese, pizzas or lasagna. The meal will cost €20 per person. Then we will leave Turin to Rome at 10.45pm. On Monday, we will arrive in Rome at 9.00 am. In the morning, we will visit the Coliseum and the forum. The Coliseum is an old Roman amphitheater. In the afternoon, we will visit the Palatine Hill and the Trévi fountain from 14.00pm to 16.30pm.
3) Palatine Hill is one of the seven hills on which Rome was founded. Then we will walk for one hour toward our hotel « The Caravel » where we will eat and sleep. On Tuesday, we will visit the Vatican all day. In the Vatican, we will visit Sixteen Chapel, Saint-Pierre Basilica and his museum. After this visit, we are going to return to the hotel «the Caravel» where we will eat and sleep. It will cost €42. On Wednesday, we will visit the San Callisto and San Sebastian catacombs in the morning. It will cost €16 per person. In the afternoon, we are going to visit the Nanova square and Pantheon. Nanova square is the largest touristic square in Rome.
4) In the evening, we will eat in a restaurant, and we will walk in Rome. It will cost around €50. Then we will walk to Ostiense Station, and we will go to Turin by train at midnight. It will cost €27 per person. We are going to arrive in Turin 8.00am. We will have breakfast for 2 hours, and we will leave Turin to Toulouse by train at 10.00 am, and we will arrive in Toulouse at 11.15 pm. Then we will take the bus from midnight to 1.30 am to return to Cahors. In conclusion, our travel will cost €782 namely €391 per person.
