A) Sacagawea, was a key person for tgis expedition, since she talked "both Native American languages".Furthermore she had an " infant son with her" which make the expedition appear peaceful. Finally thanks to her language skills she provided the group with fresh horses whenever needed
B) Sacagawea was 16 when the expedition started which means she was born in 1788,she came from the Shoshone tribe,who are settled in now Idaho. She was married to Charbonneau, and already a mother of a son. The only reason she came along, was because her husband asked so.
