cela me semble impossible au regard de tous les travaux dont vous m'avez demander de faire car cela prend du temps et aussi il va falloir que je trouve des ouvriers qualifié qui accepteront de faire des travaux correct dans une durée qui n'excéde pas 1ans.les materiaux moderne et abordable sont difficile a trouver et a assembler j'espere que vous aller faire preuve de comprehension.

1 ans vraiment ! Quelle deception lors des differents devis que jai pu faire precedement dans d'autre agence il m'avais parler d'un delais d'environs 9 mois que me proposer vous car cela me decourage de faire appelle a vous !

Partons alors sur un delais de 8 mois habitable au bout de 8 mois votre maison pourras etre occuper neanmoins les ouvrier viendrons finaliser les details et faire des finissions je pense notament au dispositifs de securité rien de bien contraignant c'est vraiment ma derniere offre je ne pourrais pas faire mieux

cela me parrait etre une bonne offre nous pouvons partir sur 8 mois habitable a condition que tout les interieurs soit fini afin que je puisse garder un minimun d'intimiter la piscine et les dispositifs de securiter pourrons etre fait ulterieurement .
