I think that the statement that Africa is not ready for democracy is too harsh. In my opinion, I think that there should be at least an effort to try to have democracy in Africa because some people there would probably like free speech and other benefits of democracy. Democracy could make Africa more stable. In conclusion, there should be an effort to help Africa, because they are dealing with some problems right now like poverty. But in the end It should be their own choice, and they should decided for them selfs If they want a democracy or not.
