Dear, International Olympic Committee [ IOC]

I am writing you to explain my point of view to make sure sportswear and merchandise sold to promote the next Olympic Games are manufactured  in working conditions that respect ethical trading.   I know that  Olympic Games are leading international sporting events featuring summer and winter sports competitions in which thousands of athletes from around the world participate in a variety of competitions. The Olympic Games are considered the world's foremost sports competition with more than 200 nations participating. And for this occasion their would be sportswear and merchandise to promote it.But these merchandise and sportswear were manufactured in working conditions which must respect ethical trading

In my point of view having confidence that the products and services we buy have not been made at the expense of workers in global supply chains enjoying their rights. It encompasses a breadth of international labour rights such as working hours, health and safety, freedom of association and wages. Ethical trade involves companies taking a series of recognised steps to identify problems and improve working conditions, with a focus on continuous improvement over time. Their is a harsh conditions of workers producing clothes, shoes, toys, food and other consumables for multinational companies. It also means that retailers, brands and their suppliers take responsibility for improving the working conditions of the people who make the products they sell. Most of these workers are employed by supplier companies around the world, many of them based in poor countries where laws designed to protect workers' rights are inadequate or not enforced. I think  that the benefits of ethical would be fair for everyboby. For example, it helps to maintain staff loyalty and motivation, by treating people fairly and offering them chances of development.
