I made the decision to lead a healthy life through changing my lifestyle. For the best results, I plan to eat right and drink healthy and get exercise. I have some ideas.
First I intend to eat more vegetables and drink lots of water.
Finally alongside I intend to practice a lots of sport such as practicing tackwondo and walking to school.
