Robert Holmes was about to find the weapon used by the famous Bay Harbor Butcher. Yes, he was about to solve the biggest series of crimes of the last decade. But he neglected some hints to find it. If he didn’t get to the crime scene as quickly as possible, the culprit may even be able to erase the final proof of his butchery. Indeed one of the corpses was lying down there, near the last murder’s place, hidden inside the water of the Erie Lake. It was one of the gloomy habits of the BHB to drop the bodies of the victims inside the water. The autopsy of the different corpses revealed that the lungs were always filled with water. And so they were actually drowned after they were butchered alive with a giant bush knife. But Robert Holmes wasn’t naive, he knew that the criminal would go there, he left the knife inside that lake to lure the butcher into his final trap. The FBI, the police and the detective were waiting for him quietly, behind the trees that surround the biggest lake of this region. They waited the whole day for him to come, but it was until the sun departed from the horizon that the monster arrived. He had nowhere to run, he was surrounded, and with his arrest, ended the scary crimes of this peaceful city.
