Talking about junk food is an issue for which everyone is responsible. You may wish to refer to McDonald, Kennteky fried chicken, quick and other burger food providers, but keep in mind that it is not that easy. Junk food can refer to ourselves. How healthy do we eat everyday, do you cook balanced meals. Junk food can be in your own place.
What I like about McDonald is that from time to time it's good to have a rest as parents and let our kids play in all security on the site. McDonald is a fast food. Do you thinkg that deepfrozen food can be better.

Fast food restaurants are pleasant places to go to and on top of it is cheap, but that does not mean you have to eat in these restaurants 2/3 times a day. From time to time once every two week you may wish to go there.
You love ice-creams and it is junk food as well. I invite to think differently and get through your own way of living and enjoying life. Getting addicted to junk food is not a European problem but an American issue. Europeans are quite aware that eating is important and a key issue for our health, it does not mean you have to live like a monk. "Let's have 5 fruits and vegetables a day" that is a good way of eating healthy. You may find these at McDonald.
