Bonjour, c'est l'introduction de mon oral d'anglais, qu'en pensez vous ? Y'a t'il des fautes ?

Today, I am going to deal with the notion “Places and Forms of Power”. First it's important to brievely define the topic. The notion of power can be defined as being the ability to exercise control on other humans beings. Power manifests itself in different domains such as politics, economics, art and daily life in general. For a state the power is the ability to exercise controle on the society to defend a way of life.To protect themselve the system need rules and punishments. We will focus on the death penalty in the USA. Why death penalty is a controversial issu ? First we will resume the situation in the USA concerning the death penalty. Then we will talk about the problems of the death penalty.
