Leprechauns are little beings said to be keepers of gold and riches found at the end of the rainbow. Leprechauns are also one of the symbols of Ireland. They're dressed in green. Leprechauns are also usually said to be very greedy. That's why they keep gold in a pot at the end of the rainbow. I've heard different stories about leprechauns. Firstly, I've heard a story saying that two leprechauns were kissing, and that's how a rainbow was created, therefore all rainbows are the result of two leprechauns kissing. Another story told of a leprechaun, a truly absolutely evil leprechaun, the greediest of them all, kept a castle with treasures never before seen by human eyes. One day, a brave man came to that castle to explore it and met another man inside that spooky castle. But what he didn't know, is that that strange man wondering in this strange place, was not a man, but, in fact, a leprechaun, and an evil one. He had no idea, the poor fool! But the courageous guy started to see things in that castle, scary things ... Word spread that he never came back. Did the leprechaun do something to him? Was it something else? Who knows? Anyway, as you understand, not all leprechauns are good. Some can be nice, thouh. In fact, it's quite rare but, I've heard that, sometimes, meeting a leprechaun can bring you good luck, just like with four leaf clovers. All in all, the number one thing to say about leprechauns is that thing about keeping a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
