Chaque Vendredi, M. Taylor Hoover s’introduit dans une maison, et poignardent toutes personnes qui se trouvent a l’intérieur. D'après le FBI, Taylor Hoover serait atteint d'une maladie et serait appeler le psychopathe , suite à la mort de sa femme et de ses enfants il y a 1 an. Depuis 9 mois, M; hoover vengent sa famille, en tuent toutes personnes se trouvent a proximité du lieu ou il a eu le meurtre de sa famille. Le tueur est grand, blond, yeux vert, il a 26 ans; Tout les meurtres ont eu lieu à Washington entre 00 h et 02 h du matin. Actuellement, le tueur se trouverais dans la prison " DC central detention facility" de Washington.
