The man seems to be a property tycoon. He fairly looks in a hurry and I reckon he speaks off the cuff. He is swanky because he is wearing a costume (white shirt with a tie, black pants and a black blazer). The man who listens to him is rather astonished. He appears to be ederly because his hair is half-grey, half-bald.
