The
fire(light) set one day behind the scenes of a theater. The jester came
to warn the public of it. We believed in a pleasant word and we
applaud; he(it) repeated, the applauses doubled. It is so, I think, that
the world will die in the general enjoyment of persuaded spiritual
people that it is about a joke.
