Of course that we can be true citizens, we just have to be nice with people around us and true with them. We doesn't have to have problems with the justice --> that mean : not steal things, not kill, not insult, not fight... And for be true citizens we have to pay taxes ( not now but when we'll grow up). In brief, we have to respect laws and people.
However, I don't think that we will be able to live together in harmony. Why ? Because everybody have a singular opinion. It's gonna be impossible that eberybody will have the same opinion.. even if it's one or two persons who have a divergent opinion. And we can't change that because this is the human race who is like, and this is our opinion, our likes and dislikes who make us special and unique. And just because of that, because of two personns or more are in disagreement that we will never be able to live in brief.
For example, the religion war: this is just because they are not agreed with what the other religion though.
The political disagreements work in the same way...
