Banksy’s “No Ball Games” reminds us that children will always find a way to have fun, despite the rules. I believe it celebrates rebellion and mocks overbearing adults.
There is also the idea that the 'ball' (the sphere) could be referring to planet Earth. Mankind is currently engaged in a dangerous 'game' of manipulating the carefully balanced ecological systems which could lead to the end of life as we know it
Therefore we have to tread very carefully indeed if we continue to 'play games' with our planet.
