The truth, is something used to show or emphasize that something is true, but is it possible to say the truth the whole time?
Well,nowadays, saying the truth is something that everyone need it, like if we broke a vase we need to tell the truth,also, scientists said that lying isn't healthy, even if it was a little white lie, our mind will keep thinking about it for a long time so we couldn't relax for seconds.
But, sometimes telling the truth isn't correct, we need to lie to keep people happy, for example, if someone asked how does he looks today , and you lied because you didn't want to hurt him and break his heart.
I think telling the truth is the only solution for many issues in this world, so keep your mind and your mouth clean and you will live correctly.
