1) fast food restaurents makes you cook less at home and the food is served faster . But it's also bad because it contains chemicals that is bad for your body .It's better to eat food at home and enjoying cooking new recipes . We always have to try new dishes to enjoy eating at home .The food at home , we eat it slow , and this makes us enjoy the food . And it's better for us to not gain weight , it's also groups the familly together and enjoy this time together .Fast food let you eat faster and alone and this is so bad .That is the case in America , but if you see people in Japan or Chineese you will rarly see fat people , bacause they always eat healthy food at home.I think that we should ban fast food , but i can't allowed my self to do this because there is people who come from home late after work and need to buy fast food . There is also people who enjoy fast food , and i can't force them to stop eating fast food .I belive that fast food id bad but some people in this world are not , and we should not judje them .this is not all only about eating healthy , because you can't loose weight without staying active .
