Le simple past (prétérit) ► action terminée dans le passé
Present perfect ► action qui vient de se produire, ou action passée en lien avec le présent
a- Look, people have thrown tomatoes at the girl. (ça vient d'arriver..p. perfect, indicateur --> look )
b- They also insulted her and they wrote something on the wall. (ici, il n'y a pas d'indicateurs, comme "look"... si les 2 phrases étaient à la suite alors: "have insulted" et "have written".... si ta prof dit "present perfect" tu peux lui dire, que, s'il n'y avait pas la phrase précédente, on n'aurait aucun indicateur de temps.--> action passée terminée) ... j'avoue, j'hésite car pas d'indicateur non plus de temporalité....
c- In the 1950's Black American suffered from segregation and underwent discrimination in their everyday lives. (action passée terminée)
d- I have already seen a movie about that problem. (avec "already"-> p. perfect) . The story took place in the early 1960's. (action passée terminée)
e- She has not faced racism yet, so she cannot understand. (avec "yet" emploi du present perfect)
f- A long time ago, I visited an exhibition about the Civil Rights movement in the USA.
j'ai souligné les indicateurs pour justifier le present perfect ou past simple.
