A culture is something that you are either born in or live in. not both.
The reason is when you live somewhere, the way you live is determined by your culture, the way you cook, you sing, you dressed....and it goes on.
It depends also of where you live because everywhere as their own culture. If you keep persisting on applying your culture in another place (that as their own), it's being you applying your culture while living in another one but not you living between them without choosing one ( since you have chosen yours by applying).
It is in fact possible to at first live between several ones without choosing but at some point, you will be more attracted by your favorite. the one you find more of yourself, the one that makes you happier, the one you preferred.
Although it can be possible for you to mixed them.
