I live in a small house, in a small village near the lake. The lake is always icy and white even in summer. One night, after dinner l needed to stay alone. I asked daddy to go out for a while. I kept walking to find myself in front of the lake. I sat on a branch of a tree and kept watching. I heard some whispers but l thought l was just imagining. I turned my face in the dark and l saw a dead body l was sitting on a dead body and not a tree. I screamed, jumped away and fall in the lake. The water was extremely cold and l kept shouting and screaming but no one was there. I was sure l will never get out of this devil lake. Suddenly l started to hear daddy calling my name and looking for me. I called him back and asked him to hurry. I told him about the dead body but we never were able to find it. That was the scariest day of my life
