For me graffiti is a style of art only if it is performed in the rule is not used to threaten or insult someone. In my graffiti can be a very good means of expression to convey a message, an emotion through a variety of colors and symbols or give a second life to an abandoned factory. From the time the graffiti is not made on other people's property or state, it become vandalism can go up heavy feathers.The graffiti is left of the contemporary movement "street art" or the painting medium is a wall in the street or a public place.For me the first picture is a work of art while the second is an act of vandalism.
