Crazy horse joined forces with sitting bull, a chief of the hunkpapa sioux near the little bighorn river,on june 25TH,1876, their camp was attacked by lieutenant colonel george custer and the 7th cavalry il the battle crazy horse and his men have killed custer and a lot of his solidiers after this victory crazy horse  was pursued by the us army for months and he finally surrendered in may 1877. He was killed in mysterious circumstances on september 5TH,1877
