Hello, Here is what I thinkHAnnah's last reply reveals that she truly loves Will.She says that if she would have gone to Boston she would miss him, that's why she says that she wouldn't want to go herself to Boston.By saying it like that, "if I were you, I wouldn"t go , besides I'd miss you", I think that she is making a reproach to Will, accusing him not to love her as much as he could, because, He is capable to go to Boston and leaving her, whereas , she wouldn't do such a thing
