what's the difference between 'If I studied hard, I would succeed' and 'If I had studied hard, I would have succeeded' ?

Hello, first of all you should say "hello " or "please" when you ask a question, you will more likely get an answer.

"If I studied hard, I would succeed" means in the present, if I study hard now I would or will succed

"'If I had studied hard, I would have succeeded" is a look back in the past, that if I had studied I would have succeded, but I didn't study, so I didn't succeed!!
