Bonjour
Lorsque l'on conjugue le verbe BE, on emploie seulement am / is / are qui servent à la fois d'auxiliaire et de verbe.
au présent simple
I am happy. Am I happy ? I am not happy.
You are my friend. // Are you my friend ? / You are not my friend.
He/she/it is happy. Is she/he happy ? He/ she is not happy.
au present BE + -ING
I am eating. Am I eating? I am not eating
You are coming back home. Are you coming back home? You are not coming back home
She is coming ... // Is she coming back home ? // She is not coming ....
au preterit == > was / were
She was at home. Was she at home ? She was not at home.
They were at school. Were they at school ? They were not at school.
bonne journée :)
