This word comes from an American named Maurice Fast Food where his name comes from. He creates the first Mc Donald which is therefore a fast food. The more generations passed, the more people began to make them.
Certainly, the fast food is good but it contains several consequences as well as obesity, health problems ... If one is sick, it is that there is too much fat and that it is too sweet or too much dirty .
The carrots :
In all of this, what can help us is the carrots, which help prevent the cases of fast food when it is too fat or salty. It also removes diseases.
In conclusion , it is much better for you to eat carrots than to eat fast food.
