Next year for the summer holidays I would like to go to Madrid because my grandparents live in Spain. they live in a small apartment near the beach. in this one there are three rooms a kitchen a living room and a beautiful view of the sea.
I'll go to Spain with my parents my little brother and my sisters.
I would take in my suitcase of clothes for two weeks Cullotes sock and a swimsuit. we will go up to Brussels by car and by plane until madrid. over there we will go take a rental car. the first two days we will go visit the city and full of museum. then we will go to Galicia because my grandparent lives over there .When he will do fine we will go to the beach and we'll go on walks. and when it will do no good we will go visit the city and we will visit a family of dad. the last day before we will go eat at the restaurant with all the family. for the last day we will go to Barcelona. we visit the Sagrada famillia and full of other things it will be great nice

-On dit pas "until Madrid" mais "to Madrid"
-"When IT will do not good" il faut dire "He" a la place de "It" car ce 'est pas un objet.

Hi Sabrina

Next year, I would like to visit my grandparents in Spain for summer holidays.
They are living overthere in a small apartment next to the beach.It has got three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a beautiful view of the sea.
I'll go there with my parents and my sisters and my younger brother.
I will pack in my  suitacase clothes for two weeks. 
"Cullotes socks " (???? !! c'est quoi ??explique je te le mets en comments), a swimming suit (ou).bathing suit. 
We will travel to Brussels by car then we'll fly to Madrid. 
Then we'll rent a car. After a two days visit of the city , we'll drive to Galicia to my grandparents'house.
We will enjoy the beach, we'll go for long walks if the weather is fine. Otherwise, we'll visit the city  and my dad's family.  (j'ai pas compris ce que tu voulais dire : a family of dad ???des amis de la famile ???tu es chez tes gds parents matenels ou paternels ..c'est un peu fouilli..explique moi je mettrai en comments). 
Before leaving Galicia, the very last day, we'll go all together eating at the restaurant. Then, before coming back home, we'll make a stop in Barcelona to visit the town, and of course the famous Sagrada Familia.
These holidays sound great. I'm looking forward to it .

par contre , tu mets au début "I would like" et ensuite tu continues au futur avec le modal "will" qui indique un futur certain.
Si c'est sûr, je te conseille de commencer par : Next year I am going to spend my summer holidays in Spain to my grandparents'house.

j'ai changé des tournures de phrases juste pour alleger....
