You'll have more accolades. I believe in you. Keep fighting and studying hard because come graduation day you'll be thankful you didn't drop out. If you choose to give your studies up, you may come to regret it the rest of your life. You need to do what your heart tells you. Sometimes it takes tasting a bit of life before you know what you want. But keep in mind that life has a way of making it harder to go back as you get older. Harder, but not impossible.
