As I see it ,Communication is creation and exchange of meaning which give you the possibility to say what is in the bottom of your mind or your heart.
Because if you want to chatt with foreigners ..so you should communicate with theses foreigners with a very good language for example The differences between the two countries like : Traditions rituels, civilisation. ...
So here you are in the need of communication to exchange with the others.
