Brown the ground meat with olive oil and a little water. When the meat is almost cooked, grill the chopped onion and pepper with the meat. Add the tomato pulp; season with salt, pepper and paprika. When the meat portion is finished, heat wheat patties in the oven a few minutes. Then, on each cake, arrange a lettuce leaf, minced meat on top, grated Gruyere cheese and diced tomatoes. Roll the burrito.
