Man can improve his way of life by having better hygiene.
Man should be less on the screens, this would allow him to appreciate more the world around him.
By doing an activity, the human being can meet people and learn new things.
Another idea would be to change our diet into something healthier.
Instead of indoor activities we could go outside more often, go for walks and breathe clean air !
